Returns & refunds
Our refund policy is 14 days; if 14 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the bill or receipt of purchase.

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
ISSUES AND DAMAGES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if anything is missing, damaged, or inaccurate so that we can evaluate the situation and find a solution. In the event that the goods are returned to us in unacceptable, damaged or used condition, we reserve the right to reject a refund or an exchange. Customized items are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
Erroneously acquired items and things damaged by the buyer's careless handling are not returnable.
Returns could be refused in the absence of a receipt. Lesriches.co.uk maintains the right to reject requests for refunds of any type.

NON-REFUNDABLE PRODUCTS AND EXCLUSIONS
The following items are non-returnable: perishables such as food, flowers, or plants; customized products including special orders and personalized items; and personal care items like beauty products. Additionally, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases are also ineligible for return. Regrettably, gift cards and items purchased on sale are also non-returnable.
